Position: ACCOUNTING STAFF
For: Employee

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

- Prepare and compute payroll for security guards, supervisors, and office staff.

 

- Ensure accuracy of daily time records (DTR), attendance sheets, and deployment schedules.

 

- Compute overtime, night differential, holiday pay, allowances, and other benefits.

 

- Process salary advances, deductions, loans, and penalties.

 

- Coordinate with HR/Operations regarding attendance discrepancies and guard deployment.

 

- Can process SSS, Philhealth & Pag-IBIG.
