TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Scope of Services
SDFC Security Agency shall provide security services as agreed upon in the official service contract, including deployment of trained and licensed security personnel, supervision, and related operational support.
2. Service Commencement
Services will commence on the date specified in the agreement and shall continue for the duration stated, unless terminated or renewed in accordance with the terms of the contract.
3. Duties and Responsibilities
SDFC Security Agency undertakes to perform its duties with diligence, professionalism, and integrity. Security personnel will act within the scope of their assignment and comply with all company policies and client instructions that are lawful and reasonable.
4. Client Responsibilities
The Client shall provide SDFC Security Agency with all necessary site information, access, and cooperation required for the effective execution of services. The Client must ensure a safe working environment for deployed personnel.
5. Payment Terms
All fees are payable as stipulated in the service contract. Late payments may incur additional charges or suspension of services at the discretion of SDFC Security Agency.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all operational, financial, and personal information obtained during the course of the contract.
7. Liability
SDFC Security Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses. Liability, if any, shall be limited to the extent covered under the company’s insurance and as defined in the service agreement.
8. Supervision and Compliance
The agency shall ensure proper supervision of its personnel and adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, including those relating to labor and employment.
9. Termination of Contract
Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice as specified in the contract. Grounds for immediate termination include breach of terms, non-payment, or misconduct.
10. Force Majeure
SDFC Security Agency shall not be held responsible for failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts therein.
